PERTEX Roofing & Construction is very happy with the services from SG INC CPA since 2019 we have been using their services. One thing we immediately found out is that with our previous CPA we were being double taxed! We were paying taxes on our 203k and my personal take home in which it should be categorized a distribution. The owner and my tax lady which I call Sofi have been great in coaching us through each year. Plus the place is always clean and great customer service.

She hung up the call.if you are on a call please try to to be at least helpful. Why are you so agitated? I am doing my tax and account from first year with asim when he in sabji mandi but now he do not come for any work and hire new people who dont understand my tax and new manager shwta don’t take my all expence and pay my taxes so much. they do not minus a lot of my bills and make my taxes so late file. all my friends also complan for not good service and not caring to much. very bad service aftyer asim leave and all new people dont do goodbad service not happy. paying to much IRS pay

Very unprofessional. The lady saying is the owner do my tax and charge me more than $300 for simple return and I get my refund for the wrong amount and when I call to ask her why I don't get all the money she hangs up on me. Very very rude. Please don't use this company

We were planning to file our tax with them this year we are glad we didn’t go through them. My husband called to ask few questions, I don’t know the name of the person who attended call but she was very rude. I understand we are close to the end date but it doesn’t mean you can speak rude. She could have told politely to send the questions through email instead of being rude and showing all her work frustration on us. Also, they charge a plenty of money to file tax. We got it done with someone else for half of the price they had told us. Save your money guys. Adding reply to your comment "WE WEREN'T EXPECTING YOU TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS RIGHT AWAY, WE JUST SAID YOU WERE NOT POLITE ENOUGH". BTW we got our tax filed outside for LESS THAN HALF price of what you told 🙂 Thanks for being rude it helped us go to other place and save money, else we would have continued filing with you 🙂
